each light is deliberate
nothing arises
without acts of choice
entirely contrived
unlike writing
which is natural as speech
if speech is natural
writing is a substitute
for speaking
since no one wants to listen
to what I want to say
words naturally arise
to express our reactivity
our human lot
vulnerable in bodies
