I don't need to be reminded
we're old I feel it not all bad
dimmed eyes stiffness aches
tottering gait fragile systems
but also not so fretful less at
stake appearance reputation
what anyone thinks mother's
codger friend's no alternative
odd comfort that after all this
is what there is choices made
when they mattered more is
possible not different is O.K.
