Christmas is over the crowd of animal
and human figures gone from the back
of the piano wrapped one by one boxed
for another year the tree still glittering
for two more days tomorrow evening
something else enough for one night
a special day a new horse Rosie joins
the herd of four each with a different
personality and set of issues animal
and human figures interact every day
this their life while inside the house
